Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
We ship anywhere within the continental United States. Standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 9 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping costs and expedited options are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Orders that include embroidery or personalization require an additional 2 to 5 business days of production time before shipping.
Processing time
Before shipping, every order is reviewed to confirm accuracy and payment authorization. This can take up to 3 business days. In-stock items ship from our warehouse or one of our distribution warehouses. Backordered items ship once we receive and process replacement inventory; we will let you know if this affects your order.
Estimated transit times
- UPS Ground: 3 to 9 business days
- UPS 3 Day: 3 business days
- UPS Second Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days (not guaranteed)
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. Total delivery time combines payment authorization, processing, and carrier transit — typically 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
If your order is delayed
We ship within the time stated at checkout or, if no time is stated, within 30 days of receiving your order. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and give you the option to cancel for a prompt and full refund.
Shipping charges
Shipping and handling are calculated on the actual or dimensional weight of your shipment and the service you select. If your order ships in multiple boxes or separate shipments, shipping and handling for the entire order is charged once, when the first item ships. Questions? Email info@robemart.com.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada only. U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam are treated as international shipments. Standard transit for these orders is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply to international shipments. These are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. For duty rate information, contact your local carrier office.
