Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the date of purchase (postmarked within that window). Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Embroidered or personalized items, special orders, final-sale and clearance items, and items used, laundered, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: we cover shipping both ways. Returns for a refund: you cover return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all shipping and refund your original shipping charge.
