1. Getting Started
To ensure crisp, professional embroidery on robes, we suggest sending us:
a. Vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) – preferred for logos
b. High-resolution bitmap (at least 300 DPI)
But if you are not able to locate the suggested format, we can
work with any image file and will send you feedback if it is workable.
2. Digitizing: The Cost of Quality
All logo artwork must be converted into stitch-by-stitch instructions through digitizing:
1. Ensures your design runs smoothly on our machines.
2. A one-time setup fee applies per logo.
3. Future reorders using the same logo will not incur the setup fee.
3. Placement and Pricing
Name / Initials
* Default placement: Left chest on robes; bottom right for body wraps.
* $9.99 for up to 11 characters (1 line).
* Additional lines: $4.00 per line.
Back Embroidery
* First line: $14.99
* Additional lines: +$7.50 per line.
Logo Embroidery
* Available for businesses and organizations.
* Pricing varies by logo size and complexity.
4. Logo Colors and Thread Selection
* We will pick the best matching thread color depending on your logo or design.
* If available please provide Pantone (or equivalent) color codes for both light and dark robes for best color matches to your brand.
* This ensures color accuracy and prevents production delays.
5. Size and Placement
Embroidery is placed on chest on the left side of the person wearing it, we can do it on either side on the custom request.
Chest Embroidery:
On the chest we try to fit the embroidery in a 3.75" wide circle and make it large as possible which means that If you put less number of letters the size of the embroidery will get larger.
- * For example for monogram or initials the height of the letters will be around 2-2.5" inches tall. But if you add a 5 character name such as Mother it can be from 1 and 1.5" tall. The longer the words are smaller the characters will be.
- * For orders that have many robes embroidered in the same order, we try to make the letter sizing as similar as possible. Such as: Name: "Amy" and "Mother" could have similar heights if they are placed in the same order as we understand these might be worn as a team or for an event.
- * The embroidery size will vary from the font selected, the item embroidered and the number of letters in the name. But the rule of thumb is it will be placed in a 3.75 inch circle that would be the maximum height or width.
Back Embroidery:
* Same rules apply for the back embroidery as being the maximum width is 10".
6. Monogramming
- * Customary format for 3-letter monograms: First Name – Last Name – Middle Name (Example: Carl M. Gunner = CMG)
- * Initials will be embroidered exactly as entered on the order.
7. Fonts & Other Options
* Choose from our library of classic and modern fonts.

8. Turnaround & Rush Service
- Names / Initials: 2–5 business days (excluding shipping)
- Logos: 7–10 business days after final approval
- Rush embroidery: Available at checkout (1–2 business day production time)

- All embroidery orders are final sale.
- - To fix an error, cancel and reorder within 20 minutes of placing the order or before 12 PM PST
- - Once embroidery begins or an item ships, no changes or cancellations are allowed
- - Please call or email immediately to make changes to your order, if embroidery has not started we will do our best to accommodate the changes on the order.
