Name / Initials:

We offer simple embroidery for the price of $9.99 for 11 characters, with the default placement over the left side of the chest area per robe. For body wraps, the default placement will be on the bottom right where it overlaps. For additional lines, a charge of $4.00 will also be applied.

If embroidery is needed on the back of the bathrobe, an additional charge of $14.99 will applied, with an additional $7.50 charge for every additional line.

Monogramming:

When requesting a three initial monogram, it is customary for the middle letter to be the surname or family name (For example: George S. Kenneth = GKS). Initials will be monogrammed the way that they are entered on the order.

Logo Orders:

We offer business/organization logo orders for special orders, however, prices for logos vary. All first time logo orders are subject to a setup fee, which varies between logos. This fee allows our embroidery department to create a sample of the logo and will not be applied for future purchases.

Embroidery Process Time:

All embroidery orders will take 2 to 5 business days to process (this does not include transit time). However, we do offer a rush service (cost calculated at the checkout) that expedites the embroidery process to 1 to 2 business days. For logo orders, there is a 7 to 10 days process time.

Cancellations and Adjustments:

All embroidered items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any embroidery item(s) . If there is a mistake when entering your embroidered text, you must cancel the initial order and reorder with the correct text before 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) or within 20 minutes of making that order. Please do not request a modification by email.

Once an item is in the process of being embroidered or has been shipped, all adjustments and cancellations will not be accepted.
