Custom Bathrobe & Embroidery Process
The first step in our logo customization process starts with the customer completing the online logo embroidery form, which will ask for essential information: your organization name, contact information, email, and an uploaded logo image. The form will also ask for the quantity and placement of the logo. We will respond with a quote within one business day.
Processing Time
After finalizing your order and making a payment, it will take 2 to 5 business days to process, which doesn't include shipping time. If you need your item sooner, we offer a rush service, which which will expedite your order to 1 - 2 business days. For logo orders, the processing time is 7 to 10 days.
Return Policy
All custom items and embroidered robes are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any embroidery items. If you made a mistake when entering your embroidered text, the initial order must be canceled and reordered with the corrected text before 12 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) or within 20 minutes of making the order. Modification requests will not be accepted by email. If the order is in the process of being embroidered or has already shipped, any adjustments or cancellations will no longer be accepted.
