I have to say I was disappointed in these slippers .
First I received all left pairs, and not right and left in a package for the set. Your customer service was great and sent me replacements and made sure the left and right were in the set,...

First I received all left pairs, and not right and left in a package for the set. Your customer service was great and sent me replacements and made sure the left and right were in the set, which I appreciate . But I had to wait another full week to receive. I would have thought you would send in areas two to 3 day priority orc even overnight.
THE SLIPPERS ARE POOR QUALITY!
I also think the quality of the slipper is very poor.
I’m surprised , Especially since you have quality robes. The slippers are Made of very thin material..
from the bottom to the top the full slipper is made cheap!
Even the pattern of waffle stitching is off!

These were purchased to complete a customers order. They embroider beautifully every time!
