Refund policy


Our customers deserve the very best. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you have ordered, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange it for a RobeMart site credit.

Merchandise must be undamaged and have the original tag intact to qualify for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for embroidered items, special orders, final-sale items, or items that have been damaged, used, or laundered.

If you choose to exchange a product, we will cover the shipping cost for both sending it back to us and shipping out the new item. Unfortunately, standard return shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are only refunded if the merchandise is defective or if there was an error in shipping.
