RobeMart is offering personalization on most

of our items.

 

 

We can write up to 10 characters on your order. If you need more than 10 characters we can add a second line which will cost $2 extra. Contact us for the second line or any detailed customizations. 

Initials are monoggrammed the order they are entered. Be careful when you are entering the letters.

Make sure the middle letter you type in is the middle letter you want on the embroidery! 

When requesting a three initial monogram it is customary for the middle letter to be last (family) name. Thus if the name is George S. Kenneth, you must order the monogram to be --- GKS. 

Please also note that the center initial will be larger- as shown in the pictures. 

Some monogram styles are not available for some robes.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. 
If you make a mistake in entering your initial you must cancel your order and reorder with the correct intials. Please do not request a modification by email.

 

We offer Custom Business Embroidery for your logo and other custom graphics. A onetime setup fee is $40.00 per graphic followed by $3.99 (for most logos) per item embroidered. Minimum order needs to be placed 10 bathrobes or towels for Embroidery orders. You must place the order before the customization and after they are customized you can’t return the after the customization. If you request, an embroidery sample will be sent to you before the embroidery is started. We will start the process after your approval. It usually takes 7-10 business days to process.
